Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. Late cancellations less than 24hr notice 50% of the service will be charged. No Shows 100% of the service cost will be charged, and future appointments may require prepayments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment. Emergency situations will be considered individually. Repeated or excessive cancellations or no-shows may result in the refusal of services in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
